1. About Exhale Studio

Exhale Studio provides massage therapy, Reiki, and other holistic wellbeing services. These services are intended to support relaxation, wellbeing, and personal care, and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

2. Appointments and Bookings

  • All sessions are by appointment only.

  • Appointments can be booked online, by email, or by phone.

  • Please ensure that the information you provide when booking is accurate and complete.

Exhale Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments at its discretion.

3. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

This policy helps ensure fairness and respect for the practitioner’s time.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are listed on the website and may be updated from time to time.

  • All prices are in Euro.

5. Client Responsibilities and Health Information

Clients are responsible for informing the practitioner of:

  • Any medical conditions, injuries, or relevant health concerns

  • Pregnancy, recent surgery, or ongoing medical treatment

  • Any discomfort experienced during a session

Exhale Studio is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the client.

6. Nature of Services

All treatments provided by Exhale Studio are complementary therapies intended for relaxation, wellbeing, and energetic support.

They are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition or concern, please consult a qualified medical professional.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Exhale Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session at any time if:

  • The client behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully

  • The practitioner feels unsafe or uncomfortable

  • The session is no longer suitable for the client’s wellbeing

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair its functioning.

All content on this website is the property of Exhale Studio unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Liability

Exhale Studio is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from:
