Labels…

We all live by labels.
Everything around us is categorized, defined, and neatly placed into boxes — just like a storage room with shelves lined up alphabetically, every box perfectly labeled.

Some of you might even feel a sense of satisfaction imagining that picture — everything organized, everything in its place.

But now, imagine those same labels placed not on boxes… but on people.
On situations.
On the things we own — or wish to own.
Even our dreams these days seem to carry labels.

And suddenly, it doesn’t feel so good anymore, does it?

Yet here we are — living in a world where this happens every single day.
But have you ever stopped to ask why we do this?

Perhaps it’s to make life easier.
To feel like we’re in control.
To feel that power of being in charge — of having everything figured out.

But here’s the real question:
Does this labeling make you feel in control of your life… or is it actually controlling you?

Think about how much energy this constant need for control takes from you.
Day by day, our minds work like computers — creating new folders, new files, new labels for everything we experience.
And before we even realize it, we’re running on automatic mode.
Days pass by in a blur, and we forget to actually live them.

So I want to invite you — gently, step by step — to start letting go of some of those labels.
Bit by bit, release the need to categorize and control everything.

Find a moment today to just breathe…
To feel what it’s like to be free of labels, even for a short while.

With that freedom, something magical happens —
You begin to hear and see your true self again.

Would you like to meet yourself?

With love

Irma
